In 2017, Active Accounting Agency implemented 24SevenOffice Project and Time Management, a PPM application to centralize project and time tracking for the Tromsø-based accounting practice. The four-person firm deployed the solution to eliminate paper voucher workflows and to establish a shared operational workspace where accountants and customers work in the same system.
The 24SevenOffice Project and Time Management deployment focused on project and time registration, automated document flow, and customer-facing access to accounting data. Configuration emphasized shared time capture and project-level accounting, enabling accountants to produce up-to-date figures and reports and reducing manual journal entry through automation of routine bookkeeping tasks.
Operational coverage extended to client engagement and billing processes, with customers activated in the ELMA register to receive EHF invoices and to enable a more automated document flow between client and firm. The implementation unified project, time, and invoicing workflows so that client activity, time records, and accounting entries coexist in a single PPM environment accessible to both customer and advisor.
Governance and rollout included dedicated customer education and process redesign to change daily habits from manual submission of vouchers to digital collaboration in the platform. As a result, staff roles shifted from data entry to advisory work, and the firm now leverages 24SevenOffice Project and Time Management to provide advisors with fresh figures and accounting data, and to deliver more efficient, automatic workflows for both accountant and customer.
