Acun Medya implemented Oracle Cloud ERP in 2020 as an ERP Financial program across its group companies. The deployment was described internally as the first and the biggest end to end Oracle Cloud Project in Turkey, establishing Oracle Cloud ERP as the core platform for corporate finance and adjacent operational domains.
The program encompassed Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud modules for Financials, Supply Chain Management, Procurement and Project Management, and ran in parallel with Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Enterprise Contracts Management and Oracle EPM implementations where required. System design work included configuration of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, procurement workflows, inventory controls, project accounting, contracts management and BI reports, along with Core HR, payroll and self service process design tied to the HCM deployment.
Deployment and operational coverage were executed at group level, covering AcunMedya Group entities including AcunMedya Global in Dominic, Mexico and Greece, and TV8. Workstreams were organized across finance, procurement, HR and project management functions, with BI reporting and project accounting instrumented on the Oracle platform to support consolidated financial processes.
Governance was run from a central project leadership office led by a System Design Director and Senior Project Manager who planned, executed and steered the ERP implementation strategy. The team designed business processes, monitored project progress against plan, collected key progress metrics such as risks, issues, changes and dependencies, and reported status, costs and outputs to the project sponsor and steering committee while establishing a roadmap and group level guidelines for ongoing governance.

In 2020, Acun Medya deployed Oracle Cloud HCM to establish a Core HR backbone across the Acun Medya Group. Oracle Cloud HCM was integrated within the broader Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud footprint, including Financials, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Project Management, Oracle Enterprise Contracts Management and EPM across group entities such as Acun Medya Global, TV8 and regional offices listed in program scope. The technical deployment followed a group oriented cloud tenancy approach to enable consolidated master data and cross entity process orchestration while preserving legal entity boundaries for payroll and statutory reporting.
Governance was executed in a matrix project structure, with a System Design Director overseeing planning, execution and the design of end to end processes, and with routine monitoring of progress metrics including risks, issues, changes and dependencies. Project reporting was routed to the project sponsor and steering committee, and a roadmap and guidelines were authored for both short and long term rollouts across the Acun Medya Group.
