In 2015 Additive Circuits implemented Unit4 Prosoft Payroll to centralize payroll processing and HR-adjacent administrative tasks for its Singapore manufacturing operations, using the application as the primary Payroll platform for HR and Finance. The Unit4 Prosoft Payroll deployment was positioned to standardize payslip generation and statutory payroll administration across the company.
The implementation configured core payroll workflows in Unit4 Prosoft Payroll including daily time and attendance processing, generation of daily and monthly attendance records, maintenance of attendance amendment and leave records, computation of overtime hours and shift allowance, payroll runs, and payslip and monthly leave report production. The platform was used to support onboarding processes and to maintain employee personal files and the HR database, aligning operational HR tasks with Payroll processes.
Unit4 Prosoft Payroll supported statutory and compliance work streams by processing CPF contributions and facilitating submissions for SDF, CDAC, MBMF and other defined contributions, in addition to online IRAS tax clearance submissions and MOM Survey form submission. The deployment also tracked and governed work permit, S Pass and Employment Pass application, renewal and cancellation activities alongside monitoring of medical insurance and WICA coverage.
Operational governance and workflow changes were implemented to reflect HR responsibilities retained by the payroll administrator, including pre-screening candidate summaries routed to the department head and Director 2, coordination of employee onboarding orientation and exit clearance, monitoring of confirmation dates, and safety issue reporting. The project formalized policy and procedure stewardship within HR, with the payroll system instrumental in maintaining records, supporting approvals for attendance amendments and leave, and enabling routine HR administrative functions.

In 2016, Additive Circuits deployed Cloudflare CDN to deliver and protect its public website. The Cloudflare CDN implementation is configured as a reverse proxy front door for https://www.e-additive-circuits.com, routing HTTP and HTTPS traffic through distributed edge locations to provide caching and TLS termination. This setup documents a Content Delivery Network deployment that governs how web assets are served to external customers and partners.
Configuration and operational focus align with standard Content Delivery Network capabilities such as edge caching, HTTP caching control, TLS offload and HTTP2 support, and network level DDoS mitigation, with Cloudflare CDN providing the platform for those functions. The deployment directly affects web operations and marketing workflows by centralizing content delivery and edge security controls, and operational governance is expected to revolve around DNS delegation, CDN policy and cache control within the website hosting and publishing process.

| SolidWP (formerly iThemes) | Legacy | Solid Security Pro | Secure Web Gateways (SWG) | CyberSecurity | n/a | 2021 | 2021 |
In 2021, Additive Circuits deployed Solid Security Pro on its public WordPress website. Additive Circuits implemented Solid Security Pro Secure Web Gateways (SWG) to harden web-facing assets that support its Singapore manufacturing operations.
The deployment used Solid Security Pro as a plugin-level control plane, configuring core Secure Web Gateways (SWG) capabilities typical for WordPress sites such as web application firewall rulesets, brute force and login protection, malware scanning, file change monitoring, and access control hardening. The site had previously been using iThemes Security, and the publisher SolidWP, formerly iThemes, provides the Solid Security Pro application.
Operational ownership was centralized with the companys IT and web operations function, with administrative roles provisioned through the WordPress dashboard and alerting directed to site administrators. Governance focused on role-based admin access, scheduled scans and incident alerting workflows, and applying security policy templates to standardize site hardening and detection settings.
