LLamasoft Legacy LLamasoft Supply Chain Guru Supply Chain Management SCM n/a 2016 2016
In 2016, Adidas Netherlands deployed LLamasoft Supply Chain Guru as a central tool in its Supply Chain Management environment to provide senior management with consolidated visibility into European supply chain availability and delivery performance. The implementation prioritized measurement and communication of Management KPIs, generation of root cause and waterfall analysis, and creation of repeatable analyses for executive review. The LLamasoft Supply Chain Guru configuration focused on a DC network optimization model designed to minimize logistics cost while maximizing customer service for tactical and operational planning within LLamasoft Supply Chain Guru.
