Coveo Legacy Coveo Relevance Cloud Application, Web and Enterprise Search Content Management n/a 2022 2022
In 2022 Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts implemented Coveo Relevance Cloud as its Application, Web and Enterprise Search solution to power public facing search on the pacourts.us website. Coveo Relevance Cloud was deployed to centralize search indexing and relevance control for court administration content and public information access. The implementation used Coveo Relevance Cloud features common to the Application, Web and Enterprise Search category, including continuous web content indexing, configurable relevance pipelines, query processing and relevance tuning, and search analytics instrumentation. The deployment included search user interface components and facet driven navigation configured to surface judicial administration pages and site navigation results. Operationally the solution was integrated into the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts website as the primary search layer, indexing public facing site content and routing queries through Coveo's relevance engine. The scope of coverage focused on site search and knowledge discovery for judicial administration and public access functions, with indexing cadence and relevance rules tailored to the site content structure. Governance was structured around internal content owners and administrators who manage relevance tuning and search curation, with policies to enforce content access controls and result filtering for any nonpublic resources. The deployment emphasized search governance, ongoing relevance adjustments, and analytics driven refinement to align Coveo Relevance Cloud with the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts information access workflows.
