In 2020 Adriatic LNG implemented Zoom from Zoom Video Communications to provide Audio Video and Web Conferencing capabilities exposed directly on its public website. The deployment leverages Zoom as a cloud-hosted conferencing platform with embedded meeting join flows and public scheduling links on the corporate site, enabling external participants to connect without on premises infrastructure. Zoom is presented as the primary web conferencing layer for the company, integrating site-based access with centralized vendor-managed conferencing services.
The implementation centers on standard Zoom functional modules including video meetings, audio conferencing, meeting scheduling and screen sharing, configured for corporate communications and external stakeholder engagement. Administrative control is centralized through organizational account settings and meeting governance, allowing Adriatic LNG to manage user provisioning and meeting policies across its staff of roughly 100 employees. Use of Zoom on the website establishes a direct relationship between Adriatic LNG Zoom Audio Video and Web Conferencing and business functions such as corporate communications, operations coordination and partner engagement.

| SupplHi | Legacy | SupplHi | Supplier Relationship Management | Procurement | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020, Adriatic LNG deployed SupplHi as its Supplier Relationship Management platform to centralize vendor scouting and supplier qualification for offshore related services. The implementation established SupplHi as the primary digital tool for vendor discovery and category management within the company procurement function.
SupplHi was configured with an industry specific Standard Categorization of industrial equipment and services that maps to Adriatic LNG’s internal categories, enabling structured supplier profiles and category aligned searches. The SupplHi platform enabled free of charge vendor registration, vendor profile QA performed by the SupplHi team, and leveraged its network effect from other large buyer organizations to broaden candidate pools. The platform also integrates with partnered financial and compliance data providers to enrich vendor financial strength and compliance indicators used in supplier screening.
The deployment focused on vendor scouting for about 70 defined categories of supply including offshore catering, maintenance of continuous atmospheric emission monitoring systems, and marine environmental monitoring activities, supporting procurement and supplier qualification across sites in Milan, Porto Viro Rovigo, and the offshore terminal. The scope was operationally centered on the procurement and supply chain functions, with the platform feeding vendor master lists and category management workflows.
Governance was established through SupplHi led quality assurance of vendor information and alignment of platform categories with Adriatic LNG’s internal taxonomy, enabling a monitored rollout and ongoing category oversight. The access to SupplHi immediately tripled the number of vendors relevant to Adriatic LNG’s specific needs and provided the ability to monitor the categories of supply during the following year.
