In 2019 AdsWizz implemented SmartDreamers as its Candidate Relationship Management platform to scale employer branding and recruitment marketing during a period of rapid hiring driven by the Pandora acquisition, which required onboarding roughly 140 people within a year. The implementation was targeted at centralizing recruitment marketing workflows and converting employer value proposition content into measurable candidate engagement at global scale.
The SmartDreamers deployment emphasized three functional capability areas, employer brand gravity, recruitment marketing automation, and analytics. SmartDreamers Measure served as the analytics and reporting module, capturing channel level interactions and career page activity. Operational coverage spanned Global HR, Talent Acquisition, and Employer Brand teams, with the platform centralizing data from AdsWizz career page traffic and multiple advertising channels into a single interface. The implementation supported content distribution and tracking for internal and external social HR campaigns, and created consolidated measurement for brand interactions and candidate conversion funnels. SmartDreamers Measure reported more than 15 million brand interactions, approximately 79,000 candidate interactions with the careers page, and a 325 percent increase in careers page traffic over a single year.
Governance and process changes focused on formalizing an EVP driven content strategy, defining employee personas for targeted outreach, and shifting campaign execution from manual posting to automated workflows that empowered recruiting teams. AdsWizz reported a decrease in time to fill of more than 60 percent, cited as 66.7 percent, after instrumenting SmartDreamers and enforcing data driven talent acquisition practices.
