In 2015, ADVAM implemented ReadyTech HR3, a Core HR application to digitize human resources time capture and administrative workflows. The implementation followed discovery of additional ReadyTech HR3 capabilities, and ADVAM configured online timesheets to replace manual time capture and paper processes. ADVAM was the first company in the Group to convert from manual processes to the ReadyTech HR3 timesheet workflow, aligning the initiative with the companys professional services operations.
Configuration work focused on the HR3 timesheets module, including form templates, approval routing, and role based access controls mapped to HR and project management functions. ADVAM IT collaborated with Wilson Group IT to execute testing, user acceptance, and a staged rollout across impacted teams, embedding the online timesheet process into existing HR administration procedures. Governance controls and approval workflows were formalized to support operational handoffs between employees, managers, and HR, and the deployment emphasized automation of manual steps to standardize time capture across the organization.
