| Continuum Applied Technology | Legacy | Continuum CORRIDOR Aviation Foundation | Aviation ERP | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2017 | 2017 | In 2017, Advanced Composite Structures implemented Continuum CORRIDOR Aviation Foundation, an Aviation ERP solution, to centralize accounting and repair-station financial operations at its Sanford, Florida FAA repair station. The deployment targeted core financial and operational functions for the repair station, positioning the Continuum CORRIDOR Aviation Foundation application as the primary system for accounting, payroll oversight, and reporting workflows. Implementation work focused on accounting and reporting modules within Continuum CORRIDOR Aviation Foundation, including configuration of general ledger controls, month end close routines, GL adjustments, account reconciliations, and forecast analysis. The implementation included building Crystal Reports artifacts to support statutory and managerial reporting, and configuration of payroll reconciliation processes such as quarterly and annual payroll filings including 940, 941 and RT-6 reconciliations. Operational coverage extended across the accounting, finance, payroll and onsite IT functions at Advanced Composite Structures FL, LLC, with the Accounting and Office Manager performing auditing of accounting records and transactional supporting documentation and providing onsite IT support for computer installations and emergencies. The Continuum CORRIDOR Aviation Foundation deployment was used alongside existing tools such as Microsoft Office, ADP and QuickBooks to support payroll, accounts payable and receivable workflows and financial projection reporting. Governance and process changes centered on tightened month end close and reconciliation cadences, the introduction of Crystal Reports based reporting packages, and formalized forecast and cash receipt monitoring. The Accounting and Office Manager assisted in the successful implementation and reporting build, and during subsequent 2018 to 2019 sales tax audits the work contributed to a reduction in sales tax liability that saved ACSFL over $20,000 in tax penalties. |
