The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Cloud ERP deployment targeted finance and procurement business functions, aligning core financial control and reporting needs with company scale and operational structure. The implementation configured standard ERP Financial modules including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, procurement, and financial reporting. Configuration work included chart of accounts alignment, automated invoice posting and approval workflows, and period close workflow orchestration consistent with enterprise financial control practices. Deployment used a Microsoft cloud tenant model for Dynamics 365 Cloud ERP, with a concurrent program to migrate corporate collaboration from GSuite to Microsoft 365 cloud led by an internal project lead. The Microsoft 365 migration provided a common collaboration and identity environment, enabling consolidated user provisioning and role assignment for Dynamics 365 Cloud ERP access and reducing cross platform account fragmentation. Operational governance emphasized centralized finance and procurement process ownership, phased rollout to accounting and purchasing teams, and role based access controls to enforce segregation of duties.
