The Microsoft 365 migration provided a common collaboration and identity environment, enabling consolidated user provisioning and role assignment for Dynamics 365 Cloud ERP access and reducing cross platform account fragmentation. Operational governance emphasized centralized finance and procurement process ownership, phased rollout to accounting and purchasing teams, and role based access controls to enforce segregation of duties. Implementation activities included workflow redesign for procure to pay and order to cash, structured change management for end user training, and ongoing configuration governance to support regulatory and audit requirements.
