In 2015, Advantage Auto Sales & Credit implemented Auto Master Systems (AMS) DMS to support Dealership Management across its Quakertown, Pennsylvania retail operations. The deployment used Auto Master Systems AMS2000 and was provisioned for a compact, 20-employee dealership environment focused on sales, finance and customer account servicing.
Configuration concentrated on Dealership Management functional modules, including vehicle inventory and titling workflows, finance and insurance processing, accounts receivable and collections, and consolidated customer records. Automation was applied to daily payment activity monitoring and payment plan tracking, enabling staff to instrument delinquency checks and maintain account lifecycle processes.
The AMS2000 implementation operated in conjunction with DealerFunnel (CRM), integrating customer account data and communication logs to support servicing of more than 200 active customer accounts. Operational coverage included finance, collections, sales and marketing, with multi-channel communications by phone, email and text recorded in the combined system to document financial reviews, payment arrangements and escalations to management.
Governance was managed at the dealership level with defined approval thresholds and process rules, where financial advisors conducted in-depth income and expense reviews and structured sustainable payment plans while escalating exceptions to management. Auto Master Systems (AMS) DMS integrated with DealerFunnel to support transparent loan counseling workflows and contributed to improved payment consistency and long-term account stability as reported by onsite staff.
