Operational integration included a stated connection between Dealer Funnel CRM and AMS2000 DMS to align vehicle records and loan servicing data, enabling daily monitoring of payment activity and synchronized account status across systems. The CRM was used across finance and collections, sales support, marketing and customer service functions, and managed a portfolio of more than 200 active customer accounts with daily oversight to prevent delinquency and maintain loan performance. Governance and process controls were implemented to support in-depth financial reviews, structured payment plan creation, and front-line decision making with defined escalation to management for approvals. The setup supported staff responsibilities for account servicing, de-escalation of customer issues, and customer financial education, and contributed to improving payment consistency and long-term account stability while increasing deal longevity and customer satisfaction as reported by the organization.
