In 2021, Adventure Leisure implemented OGL prof.ITplus as its ERP Financial application to centralize core finance and HR reporting for its United Kingdom operations. The deployment targeted a small enterprise footprint of roughly 25 employees and was configured to support routine financial cycles and operational reporting for the company.
OGL prof.ITplus was configured to deliver standard ERP Financial capabilities including general ledger processing, accounts payable and accounts receivable workflows, bank reconciliation, end of month reporting and accrual posting. The system was also used to capture and support weekly timesheet updates and payroll reporting workflows, and to maintain maintenance contract records required by the management team.
Project governance included vendor led project leadership from OGL Software and an internal administrator role responsible for operational stewardship. The internal administrator performed weekly timesheet updates, submitted payroll reports, completed weekly banking reconciliations and prepared end of month reports and accruals, indicating application ownership rested with finance and HR functions.
Operational coverage focused on finance, HR and management reporting across the UK entity, with configuration aligned to weekly and monthly financial processes. OGL prof.ITplus served as the primary ERP Financial platform for transactional posting, reconciliation, and month end close activities.
