In 2019, Aelca implemented InfoJobs ePreselec ATS. The deployment centralized recruitment activities for the construction and real estate firm, aligning the InfoJobs ePreselec ATS Applicant Tracking System with in-house hiring processes for a 55 employee company headquartered in Spain.
The implementation prioritized preparation and publication of offers on employment platforms, using configurable job templates, requisition approval flows, scheduled postings and candidate intake workflows. InfoJobs ePreselec ATS was configured to manage posting creation, multi-channel distribution and candidate tracking through an applicant lifecycle that included screening and interview stages.
Integrations were configured to publish job postings to Linkdin Recruiter, InfoJobs, Epreselec and Aelca's corporate page, creating a centralized publication layer and a single source of applicant data. Operational coverage focused on HR and talent acquisition, with recruitment administrators and hiring managers in Spain operating the end to end posting and candidate review processes.
