In 2020, AeroNet Wireless Broadband implemented PandaDoc eSignature to automate contract creation and capture eSignatures. The deployment targeted the Digital Signing category and was scoped to support both B2B and B2C customer contracts for the Puerto Rico based ISP.
The implementation concentrated on embedding PandaDoc eSignature document generation and eSignature capture via the PandaDoc API, enabling dynamic templates that reflow content as data is added, including pricing tables that expand from one to many line items. Configuration emphasized template-driven document generation, API field population, and conditional content logic to accommodate discounts and customized product bundles typical of AeroNet contracts.
AeroNet integrated PandaDoc through the PandaDoc API with their CRM to auto-populate customer information and to trigger automated contract creation, and they embedded document generation into internal software to eliminate manual assembly steps. Operational coverage centered on the sales organization, shifting the sales representatives’ tasking from manual contract assembly to invoking API-driven generation and signature collection.
Before PandaDoc they used SignNow which was reported as too inflexible for the level of automation required and forced manual customization. The rollout and ongoing use produced explicit outcomes stated by AeroNet, including around 80 percent reduction in contract creation time, a reduction from roughly 10 to 12 minutes per contract to about two minutes, and noted API capability improvements over two years such as the ability to download files from upload fields.
