The deployment in Boca Raton supported an AS9100C procurement team of four buyers responsible for global and domestic sourcing and purchasing of raw materials, machined parts, injected molded plastics, electronics, MRO, capital equipment, and indirect services.
Continuum CORRIDOR Aviation Foundation was configured to support core Aviation ERP workflows including purchase order management, materials requirements planning and MRP-driven resourcing, supplier management, quality controls, and contract administration. The implementation included reporting and analytics for supply chain metrics, with the Continuum CORRIDOR Aviation Foundation feeding charts and SCOR cards to executive management for visibility into supplier performance and schedule adherence.
Governance changes and process work accompanied the system configuration, the procurement manager authored policies and procedures for supplier selection, risk management strategies, and contract agreements, and the rollout emphasized supplier performance monitoring.
