In 2021, Afci implemented iDonate on its website to centralize online donation capture and donor interactions. iDonate serves as Afci's Donor and Fundraising Management platform, embedded on the public site to provide donor-facing giving forms, donation processing flows, and a centralized donor record interface.
The implementation focused on standard Donor and Fundraising Management capabilities including donor profile management, one-time and recurring gift configurations, customized donation pages, automated receipt generation, and basic fundraising reporting. The solution was deployed as hosted giving forms embedded in Afci's website, with day to day administration and donor record stewardship assigned to the fundraising and administration staff within the ten person organization, consolidating donation workflows and donor data in iDonate.
