The team developed Absence fast formulas to enforce absence type validations and to support accrual calculations, and they executed Fit Gap analysis and business requirements mapping to guide configuration choices. Reporting and analytics were addressed through Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence and BI Publisher reports created across modules, including Active Employee by Department and audit-focused reports.
