Web portal and order related escalations were routed through the same CRM-driven helpdesk process, linking application support to business-facing order, price, quantity, delivery, and service queries. Operational governance emphasized structured IT helpdesk coordination and SLA-driven support, with AgreeYa managing L1 and L2 helpdesk operations, inbound and outbound contacts, and escalation cadence to L3 teams. Regular analysis reporting was produced using Microsoft Excel and Word to track call volume trends, SLA performance, backlog analysis, and ticket lifecycle statistics, supporting ongoing service governance for the CARE1 program. Continuous support activities included documented troubleshooting procedures, follow-up on escalations, and maintenance of ticketing discipline to ensure sustainment of Microsoft Dynamics AX driven business processes.
