In 2013 Agripower deployed Pegasus CIS alongside Opera 3 to centralize project costing and deliver live visibility into project costs and profitability for its sports-surface and landscaping contracts, aligning the rollout with Project Portfolio Management objectives. The implementation targeted end to end contract costing and finance workflows to provide consolidated project-level visibility for a 40-employee construction and real estate specialist based in Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom.
Pegasus CIS was configured to emphasize contract costing, project accounting, and project-level reporting, providing a unified application-layer for estimating, cost capture, and profitability analysis. The deployment leveraged standard Project Portfolio Management capabilities to enforce cost control checkpoints and to surface short term cost variance reporting to project managers and finance teams.
The solution was integrated with Opera 3 for ledger and transactional finance continuity, enabling synchronized contract-costing and financial posting across systems, and the project was delivered by Profile Technology Services. Operational coverage included project delivery, finance, and operations teams managing sports-surface and landscaping contracts, with data flows between Pegasus CIS and Opera 3 supporting month end and management reporting.
The integrated contract costing and finance solution improved project-level reporting and short term cost control, enabling better management decisions across the business. Pegasus CIS provided Agripower with a single Project Portfolio Management application for monitoring contract profitability and supporting tighter operational governance.
