Operational ownership was placed with customer success and onboarding teams, who used the platform to standardize training, reduce instructor led sessions, and govern content release cadences. According to the vendor case study, the customer education and customer success program launched in 2021 increased product adoption by 26% and improved onboarding and trial conversion. The Gainsight Customer Education implementation centralized training content, automated onboarding flows, and formalized customer enablement practices within AgriWebb’s Learning and Development scope.
