In 2021, AgriWebb launched AgriWebb Academy on Gainsight Customer Education (formerly Northpass LMS) to deliver embedded, role segmented customer education across APAC and North America. The deployment targeted Learning and Development for customers and the customer success organization, shifting away from costly 1:1 and in person training toward scalable, asynchronous course delivery.
The implementation centered on role segmented learning tracks and embedded courseware, aligning onboarding content with trial conversion workflows and product adoption journeys. Gainsight Customer Education was configured to host modular course content, assessments, and progress gating to support self service onboarding and certification pathways.
AgriWebb embedded the academy directly in both the AgriWebb application and the corporate website to provide contextual learning within product workflows and on demand documentation, extending access across APAC and North America. Operational ownership was placed with customer success and onboarding teams, who used the platform to standardize training, reduce instructor led sessions, and govern content release cadences.
According to the vendor case study, the customer education and customer success program launched in 2021 increased product adoption by 26% and improved onboarding and trial conversion. The Gainsight Customer Education implementation centralized training content, automated onboarding flows, and formalized customer enablement practices within AgriWebb’s Learning and Development scope.
