In 2015 Agro Harapan Lestari implemented Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne as its ERP Financial system to consolidate project accounting and operational finance for an edible oil manufacturing project in Indonesia. Oracle Hyperion Planning was implemented alongside JD Edwards to provide centralized budgeting and planning workflows, linking budget versions to project forecasts and management reporting.
Operational coverage included project finance, procurement and working capital management for the Indonesian plantation development, with fortnightly cash flow forecasting for regional fund requests and oversight of contractor payments and capital expenditure approvals. Financial reporting workflows were configured to produce monthly, quarterly and annual statements compliant with International Financial Reporting Standards and to feed variance analysis and KPI reporting to senior management and the Board.
