MHR (formerly MidlandHR) Legacy MHR iTrent Payroll Payroll HCM n/a 2015 2016
In 2015 Agrovista UK implemented MHR iTrent Payroll to arrange payment of staff salaries and centralize payroll processing for its distribution operations. The deployment targeted the Payroll business function for approximately 350 employees across the United Kingdom. The MHR iTrent Payroll implementation included core payroll processing capabilities such as gross to net pay calculations, configurable pay runs and payment scheduling, statutory tax and National Insurance calculations, payslip generation and routine statutory reporting. Configuration work emphasized UK payroll rules and pension auto-enrolment, aligning platform configuration with standard Payroll category functionality. Operationally the rollout transitioned the organization from prior use of sdworx and established MHR iTrent Payroll as the primary system for arranging staff remuneration. The system governed the payroll calendar, supported batch pay runs and produced payroll reports and journals consumed by HR and finance teams. Governance and process changes introduced a defined payroll run schedule, role based ownership for payroll tasks, exception handling procedures and controls for statutory submissions. The MHR iTrent Payroll deployment at Agrovista UK centralized payroll administration and standardized payroll workflows across departments.
