Governance and process changes focused on eliminating paper based onboarding and timesheet processes, shifting approval workflows into the system, and leveraging the vendor knowledge base and community resources for ongoing user support. The implementation increased accessibility to policies, payslips and leave records for staff while centralizing compliance related configuration such as award rules and entitlements.
