In 2019, Aioi Insurance implemented Fusion5 Jemini HR, a Core HR application, to centralize people management across its New Zealand operations. The deployment was executed by Fusion5 and was sized for Aioi's 30 person organization with an initial focus on core people records and workflow consolidation.
Aioi configured Fusion5 Jemini HR to support primary HR modules, deploying people management capabilities first, then rolling out Jemini Performance in staged releases during 2020. Jemini Payroll was added in 2021, creating a single HR and payroll platform and consolidating personnel, performance, and payroll functionality under Fusion5 Jemini HR.
Operational coverage was across HR and payroll functions in New Zealand, with the implementation establishing a single source of truth for HR and payroll data. Internal workflows were structured to link performance reviews and employee records with payroll provisioning, reducing manual handoffs between HR and payroll teams.
Governance and rollout followed a staged release approach, led by Fusion5, moving from people management to performance management and then payroll. Reported outcomes include elimination of paper based reviews, improved employee engagement, and a unified HR and payroll dataset for Aioi New Zealand.
