Microsoft Dynamics NAV was configured on a Microsoft SQL Server environment consistent with Navision 2016 platform capabilities, leveraging standard ERP Financial functionality. Functional modules and capabilities implemented included financial management and general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable, inventory management and warehouse transaction processing, sales order processing and procurement workflows, and native reporting for statutory and statutory-adjacent finance processes typical of the ERP Financial category. Operational coverage focused on finance, procurement, warehouse and sales operations at the Sagar site, with business process mapping to support order to cash and procure to pay workflows. The implementation emphasized configuration and data modeling aligned to distribution inventory controls and costing structures, and included system testing and cutover planning specific to the Navision 2016 codebase and SQL Server environment. Governance and rollout were managed by CorporateServe Solutions with technofunctional oversight from a senior consultant who led configuration, user acceptance testing and post go-live stabilization activities. Documentation, role based access configuration and operational handover were delivered as part of the 2016 project scope to enable continued support and iterative enhancements on Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
