In 2020, Aircall Wireless integrated Gatling as its Test Automation Platform to validate scalability and prevent crashes in its cloud telephony platform. The deployment targeted real-time communication services in France, focusing on load and performance testing ahead of high concurrency events such as large client onboards and peak shopping periods.
The implementation used Gatling Enterprise test suites and scenario based virtual user simulations to exercise signaling and media paths under sustained load. Tests were configured into repeatable performance plans that engineering and site reliability teams ran to reproduce peak conditions and to exercise capacity limits.
