The implementation configured Enfusion Accounting to operationalize core accounting workflows typical of an ERP Financial platform, including general ledger processing, reconciliation orchestration, bookkeeping and centralized financial reporting. Enfusion Accounting was used as a cloud hosted platform with vendor operated managed services to absorb day to day accounting execution and reporting, while the firm retained oversight of investment decisions and strategic control. Operational scope covered middle and back office accounting functions across AJO Vista operations, with Enfusion providing ongoing managed services and platform level control over accounting workflows. Governance shifted toward vendor managed process ownership and service level orchestration, and the Enfusion case study reports the platform enabled a rapid relaunch and provided the operational scalability the firm required.
