In 2022, Akasa Air India deployed Storyblok CMS as its Content Management layer for the public website. Storyblok CMS was provisioned to centralize web content creation and delivery for the airline's digital and marketing teams.
The implementation leverages Storyblok CMS component-based content modeling, the visual editor for in-context editing, asset management, and content staging, configured to support page templates and modular blocks used across site sections. As a headless Content Management solution it exposes API-first content delivery and webhook-driven publishing to drive the website front-end and content delivery chain.
Operational governance was organized around editorial workflows, role-based permissions, and staged publishing to separate draft and live environments, enabling marketing owners to manage copy and assets while developers maintain component schemas. The rollout concentrated on website content operations, with content model standardization and editorial training to embed Storyblok CMS into Akasa Air India's digital content production process.
