Field Nation Legacy Field Nation Contingent Labor Management HCM n/a 2018 2018
In 2018, Akkodis implemented Field Nation for Contingent Labor Management. The deployment focused on the company’s Managed Services and Solutions group, aligning sales and dispatch capability to a centralized pricing and coverage data service to support on-site technical staffing across its global footprint. Akkodis configured Field Nation with MarketSmart Insights, part of Field Nation Premier, as the core module for on-demand, market-wide pricing and coverage data. MarketSmart Insights was used to generate geo-specific rate cards by skillset, assess service level agreement commitments, and run coverage “stress tests” to validate technician availability and SLA feasibility before proposal submission. Operational use covered sales, dispatch, and operations teams, and was integrated into the Dispatch Support Program managed by the company’s Dispatch Capability Lead. Field Nation was applied to more than 20 proposals covering 6,141 work sites in a 12 month period, and enabled batch analysis across hundreds of zip codes, reducing per-project coverage analysis from days to under an hour. Governance and process changes included formalizing proposal workflows so that pricing by skillset and SLA commitments were backed by MarketSmart Insights data, improving alignment between dispatch and sales prior to customer commitments. Outcomes reported by Akkodis using Field Nation include a 75% increase in win rate with new clients, support for 200% year-over-year business growth, expanded business with existing clients, and a reduction in bid creation time from days to less than an hour.
