Configuration focused on standard Recruiting,Applicant Tracking System capabilities including job requisition publishing, candidate intake, resume parsing, pipeline stage management, and interview scheduling. Mitratech Recruiterbox was configured to standardize hiring workflows, enforce role based reviewer permissions for HR and hiring managers, and enable templated communications for candidate outreach and interview coordination.
The deployment integrates the embedded career site form with Mitratech Recruiterbox so web submitted applications flow into the applicant queue for triage and review. Operational ownership is centered in HR and hiring managers across the company, supporting end to end recruiting activities from requisition creation through candidate selection.
Governance was structured around standardized pipeline stages, data access controls for HR users, and defined process checkpoints for candidate review and feedback. Mitratech Recruiterbox serves as the central repository for candidate records and recruitment communications, aligning hiring process controls and record keeping with the company recruiting function.
