Governance and rollout emphasized centralized loyalty program control, with marketing and CRM owning campaign segmentation and rewards rules while restaurant operations executed point transactions through Loyale POS. The combined Loyale POS and Alajmo+ Club architecture was intended to drive repeat business and customer retention through unified rewards, without introducing additional vendor or implementation partner details.
