The eZee Centrix Hotel Channel Manager was integrated with the property website booking flow to capture direct reservations and synchronize availability with external booking channels. Operational coverage focused on front desk and reservations functions, enabling staff to view, modify and reconcile bookings from a unified interface, while connectivity to online travel channels was managed through the channel manager layer. Governance centered on streamlined booking workflows, daily inventory cadence and a single system of record for reservations for the small operations team. Rollout took place at the single site level with configuration and staff training tailored to a six person hotel, enabling centralized reservation handling and channel orchestration.
