In 2022, Albion Hotel implemented eZee Centrix to support online reservations. The deployment used eZee Centrix within Reservation and Booking Management and specifically operates the eZee Centrix Hotel Channel Manager on the property website, configured for single-property operations for a six person hotel in Australia.
Configuration emphasized channel management, central booking orchestration and rate and inventory distribution capabilities common to Reservation and Booking Management platforms. eZee Centrix was set up to centralize availability, push rates to connected channels and accept direct bookings through the website booking engine, aligning reservation lifecycle and booking confirmation processes into a single system.
The eZee Centrix Hotel Channel Manager was integrated with the property website booking flow to capture direct reservations and synchronize availability with external booking channels. Operational coverage focused on front desk and reservations functions, enabling staff to view, modify and reconcile bookings from a unified interface, while connectivity to online travel channels was managed through the channel manager layer.
Governance centered on streamlined booking workflows, daily inventory cadence and a single system of record for reservations for the small operations team. Rollout took place at the single site level with configuration and staff training tailored to a six person hotel, enabling centralized reservation handling and channel orchestration.
