Alensa implemented Recombee in 2024 to provide Personalization and Product Recommendations across its e-commerce website. The deployment uses Recombee as the recommendation engine to deliver personalized product ranking, product-to-product suggestions, and session-based recommendations embedded into product pages and category landing pages. This configuration connects Recombee to Alensa's product catalog and website event stream to operationalize tailored merchandising and marketing experiences.
Configuration included mapping catalog attributes, configuring recommendation models, and instrumenting client-side and server-side event tracking so real-time behavioral signals feed Recombee. Operational ownership is with e-commerce merchandising and marketing teams, and the rollout followed a phased deployment with governance focused on data quality, model configuration, and widget placement. Integrations are limited to the website implementation as specified, and no additional system integrations are recorded.
