The deployment targeted a 150 employee construction and real estate firm headquartered in Majadahonda, Madrid provincia, Spain, and was positioned to centralize property and promotion operations alongside executive office administrative workflows. Prinex Real Estate Software was configured to support asset registry and Dirección de Patrimonio workflows, promotion and development management for Dirección de Promoción, and CRM and customer service processes for Inmobiliaria y Atención al Cliente. Configuration emphasized administrative process automation, document and contract management, scheduling and agenda support, and commercial task tracking to reflect the firm level of operational complexity. Operationally the implementation tied the executive assistant and CEO agenda into system workflows, enabling coordinated scheduling, travel and meeting organization, and administrative support for property and promotion teams. The application functioned as the primary operational system for commercial activities, customer interactions and back office administration, aligning day to day tasks with departmental responsibilities. Governance and rollout were executed in 2018 with departmental ownership from Dirección de Patrimonio and Dirección de Promoción, and operational sponsorship from the executive office. Process documentation and role level access controls were established to support administrative and commercial user groups, and operational procedures were formalized for property management, promotion, sales and customer service within the Real Estate Property Management environment.
