The implementation centered on automated capture, intelligent recognition and validation workflows, with ITESOFT.FreeMind for Invoices providing capture and extraction of invoice data and ITESOFT.Share enabling electronic routing and approval. Configuration covered invoice OCR and data validation rules, exception handling workflows and batch integration mapping into Sage 1000 financial ledgers, aligning capture outputs to the ERP Financial posting model.
Integration work connected the ITESOFT document processing layer directly into the Sage 1000 financial suite, enabling automatic posting of supplier invoices into accounts payable. Operational scope targeted processing of approximately 130,000 supplier invoices, shifting manual document handling into structured digital workflows, and establishing governance for invoice validation, approval routing and system reconciliation under the ITESOFT and Sage 1000 configuration.
