In 2020, Allegeant implemented VBASoftware and VBAGateway and added VBAVoice to improve provider call handling and to expand member and provider self service for claims and benefits operations. The work reflects use of multiple VBA Software modules to centralize provider interactions and extend self service channels within the organization.
VBASoftware and VBAGateway were configured to centralize provider communications and route inbound and outbound messages, while VBAVoice was added to enhance provider call handling and augment self service voice channels. Configuration and workflow work focused on call center handling and claims processing, aligning voice routing, scripted agent workflows, and portal-driven self service with claims operations.
VBAnalytics, an Analytics and BI application, is inferred to have been used to provide operational and claims analytics and reporting alongside VBASoftware, VBAGateway and VBAVoice.
