In 2019 Allen & Withrow Law Firm deployed Quadient Neopost IS-6000 as its Mailing System to support legal mail and document processing workflows. The Quadient Neopost IS-6000 Mailing System was used to file, scan and mail hundreds of legal documents for 75 counties, establishing the device as a central point for outbound mail production and document scanning in the firm.
Operationally the implementation centered on scanning throughput and mail preparation, with staff performing hundreds of data entry tasks while scanning legal documents and assembling document packs for the garnishment department. Front office responsibilities were consolidated around the Quadient Neopost IS-6000, including postage handling, mail batching and routine upkeep, while a new administrative assistant was trained on device operation and scanning workflows.
The rollout extended beyond mailroom tasks into cross-functional support, with staff cross-trained to assist attorneys assistants on e-filing to over 15 counties and to prioritize time sensitive legal documents.
