The technical workstream centered on data migration from Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, environment provisioning in the cloud, system configuration, and staged cutover planning to minimize disruption to audit and revenue reporting functions. Governance and rollout included user acceptance testing, role based access controls, updated month end and audit workflows, and targeted training for finance and procurement teams. The migration was completed successfully and resulted in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations operating as Alliance for Audited Media primary ERP Financial system.
