In-House Applications Legacy In-House Insurance Claims Management Insurance Claims Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2017 2017
In 2017 Allianz Hungary implemented In-House Insurance Claims Management as part of an internal IT program to centralize claims processing and support home insurance product handling. The In-House Insurance Claims Management application, classified as Insurance Claims Management, was developed in-house and integrated with the OPUS system already operating at other Allianz subsidiaries to enable shared product definitions and claim routing. The deployment emphasized standard Insurance Claims Management capabilities including claims intake, adjudication workflows, document capture and case management to streamline day-to-day claim operations. The solution was provisioned inside Allianz Hungary's IT environment and oriented toward operational support for the home insurance product line. Earlier governance and project setup work is documented from 2002 when ABIT Kft prepared organizational and operational regulations, developed the daily work schedule, supervised project activities and handed over project management artifacts for the broader transformation program. Operational scope focused on claims operations and customer service for home policies within Allianz Hungary, with the Insurance Claims Management application serving as the central system for claims handling and internal workflow orchestration.
