Merimen e-Claims is an Insurance Claims Management application deployed to streamline motor claims processing, increase straight-through processing rates, and shorten claims approval times within the insurer's Indonesia operations.
The deployment emphasized automated adjudication and workflow automation, incorporating digital intake, document capture and case management capabilities consistent with Insurance Claims Management platforms. Configuration focused on rule-based decisioning to enable higher straight-through processing and to reduce manual intervention in approvals. Merimen e-Claims was configured to support the end-to-end motor claims lifecycle from first notification of loss to settlement authorization.
