Operational scope spanned manufacturing distribution, inventory control, receiving, purchasing, shipping, and finance departments within the South Africa based business. Governance relied on maintained specification documentation and custom reporting standards, with explicit awareness of data protection laws such as POPI informing data handling and business rule configuration for Epicor WMS.
