In 2021, Allied Residential implemented ADP Time and Attendance to centralize hourly timekeeping and supervisor approvals across its multi-site affordable housing portfolio. The deployment supported property-level community managers who manage frontline teams, reflecting Allied Residentials approximately 260 employees and site-based staffing patterns, with day-to-day timecard approvals performed by on-site managers.
The ADP Time and Attendance deployment focused on core Time and Attendance capabilities, including timecard capture and supervisor approval workflows, schedule management and exception handling, and audit-ready timekeeping records. Configuration emphasized manager approval paths for daily timecards, time-off and absence visibility for supervisors, and edit and exception workflows to align with Allied Residential policy driven payroll cutoffs.
Operationally the application coexisted with property management and tenant systems used by the company, including Yieldstar for renewals and On Site and Yardi for move-in file approvals, while ADP Time and Attendance provided the authoritative attendance dataset used for payroll and accounting processes. The solution was used by community managers across individual properties to approve team timecards and support site-level reporting and handoffs to accounting teams.
Governance and process changes were implemented to embed ADP Time and Attendance into Allied Residentials attendance and personnel workflows, with community managers approving timecards, documenting attendance-related disciplinary actions and work related injuries per company policy, and maintaining recurring staff meeting and training cadences. The system was positioned as the operational control point for time and attendance governance within Allied Residentials property management operations.

In 2008 Allied Residential implemented Infor Property Management as its core Real Estate Property Management application to standardize property and financial operations across its portfolio. The Infor Property Management deployment was positioned to support property operations, accounting, leasing administration, and reporting for a United States based residential operator with roughly 260 employees.
Allied configured Infor Property Management with category-aligned capabilities typical of Real Estate Property Management software, including lease administration, financial management workflows such as accounts receivable and payable and general ledger alignment, maintenance ticketing and tracking, and operational reporting for property performance. Configuration emphasis was placed on aligning property-level workflows with corporate accounting controls and tenant service processes to reduce manual reconciliation between property and corporate records.
Operationally the company maintained a mixed-system environment, providing computer support for 70 communities that continued to run Yardi and AMSI software systems while Infor Property Management served as the centralized platform for other parts of the portfolio. Governance was formalized through centralized IT support and standardized procedures for property accounting and maintenance workflows to manage cross-system operations and vendor supported sites.
