In 2019, Allocate Topco Ltd. re-platformed finance systems from Microsoft Dynamics GP to Oracle NetSuite ERP. The program targeted finance operations across multiple subsidiaries within the professional services business, with a clear mandate to restore the accuracy of figures reported in the trial balance and to improve supplier relationships.
The deployment concentrated on ERP Financial capabilities, including balance sheet reconciliation, intercompany reconciliation workflows, purchase ledger migration, supplier master data remediation, and fixed assets ledger consolidation. Data migration preparation extended to purchase ledger and supplier data as well as fixed assets, activities that directly supported external audit readiness and the integrity of post go live accounting records.
Post go live, Allocate Topco Ltd. created and transitioned a scalable reconciliation process into Business as Usual, reducing administrative effort and human error and enabling finance teams to focus on higher value activities. The Oracle NetSuite ERP implementation restored trial balance accuracy and contributed to an improved working relationship with suppliers, while establishing standardized reconciliation governance across the finance organization.
