The rollout encompassed company wide applications support for upstream and midstream functions, field site security installation and monitoring, and standardized operational procedures for deployment and support.
Outcomes documented during the program included recognized cost savings in various facets of the IT budget totaling over 400,000 annually, ongoing management of network and storage infrastructure across multiple sites, and consolidated application support across finance, operations, and field control systems, while maintaining compliance and security posture through the new processes and systems.
