In 2017 Altisource initiated a global implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP. The program ran from March 2017 through August 2018 and was scoped to address ERP Financial functions across finance and human resources with deployment teams operating in Europe, United States, India and South America.
Altisource implemented Oracle Cloud ERP to cover ERP Financials, Planning and Budgeting, Procurement, Contract Management, and HCM. Configuration work focused on financial close and accounting structures, planning and budgeting workflows, procure to pay processes, contract lifecycle management capabilities, and core human capital management processes.
The implementation used Oracle Cloud ERP as a cloud hosted SaaS application with a centralized program approach to support regional operational requirements across multiple geographies. Operational coverage included finance and HR departments globally, with delivery organized across more than 150 resources spread across the four regions.
Governance was delivered through a centralized PMO model that coordinated configuration, testing, and rollout activities over the 17 month program. The governance structure emphasized cross functional alignment between finance, procurement, contract management, and HR to manage scope, change control, and deployment sequencing.
