| HerculePro | Legacy | HerculePro Link | Configure Price Quote (CPQ) | SPM | n/a | 2023 | 2023 | In 2023 Aluplast Germany implemented HerculePro Link as a Configure Price Quote (CPQ) application to extend digital quoting and to publish a shared product library across its commercial channels in Europe. Aluplast partnered with HerculePro to build and publish the shared product library and to make Link and Link Fab available to its clients and to non equipped installers, targeting manufacturers and assemblers with broader access to configurators and estimates. The implementation centered on a centralized product catalog and configurator engine within HerculePro Link, combined with a quoting and estimate generation capability to support sales and channel workflows. The shared product library was published and versioned for distribution, and configuration rules and catalog attributes were standardized to ensure consistent output from the configurator and estimate modules. Operational coverage focused on commercial teams, external clients, installers and assembler partners across Europe, enabling external access to configuration and quoting without requiring on premise tooling for every installer. The project emphasized catalog distribution and access control so Aluplast could provision configurator and estimate capabilities to both equipped and non equipped partners through the HerculePro Link platform. Governance was organized around the shared product library and catalog publication process, aligning product data stewardship and configuration rule changes between Aluplast and HerculePro. The collaboration aimed to extend digital quoting and product library distribution, enabling easier access to configurators and estimates for manufacturers and assemblers. |
