The 2019 deployment focused on embedding core manufacturing and finance workflows into a single ERP Financial environment. TeamSystem Gamma ERP was configured to manage valued bills of materials with MOD calculation, to track work order progress, and to control raw material picking from the warehouse using ERP-driven picking workflows. The implementation included batch record compilation aligned to GMP compliance, and operational support for primary, secondary and tertiary packaging stages, plus labeling and issuing of delivery notes. Operational coverage spanned production, quality, maintenance, warehouse and logistics business functions, with explicit configuration for line startup control, online and offline production quality checks, and coordination of departmental staff during format changeover and packaging phases. Maintenance management for GMP equipment in a Class C operational environment and spare parts management were managed through work order and inventory modules inside TeamSystem Gamma ERP. Governance and process changes emphasized shop floor driven workflows, including module setup, format changeover procedures, and structured batch documentation for regulatory compliance. The TeamSystem Gamma ERP implementation centralized production control and transactional finance data within the ERP Financial application to align manufacturing operations, quality recordkeeping, maintenance activities, and warehouse issuance processes.
