The implementation integrates operational touchpoints with a check imaging workflow through Webcapture and uses standard office tools for settlement reporting, maintaining a clear handoff between branch staff and corporate reporting. Operational coverage is explicitly at the Fairview Village, PA branch where teller and CSR staff have run the system in live use from 2013 to present, applying the Cleartouch teller interface for customer facing transactions and branch settlement. Governance and process controls were embedded in branch procedures, with responsibilities assigned for scanning all processed items, balancing teller drawers at close of shift, performing branch settlement, and securing the branch at close.
