The implementation team resolved integrated services issues on a daily basis and maintained connectivity across SaaS and PaaS components to ensure continuous financial posting and human capital records synchronization. The scope of operational coverage emphasized finance and HR departments within the American Diabetes Association and encompassed cloud service orchestration, integration middleware, and BI reporting layers. Governance and controls were formalized to support SOC and SOX audit readiness, with the project lead organizing audits, producing SOC SOX reports, and responding to KPMG auditor inquiries using Oracle Fusion audit artifacts and transaction detail. Ongoing support activities included maintaining the Oracle Fusion landscape, administering finance processes, and providing audit evidence from Oracle Cloud ERP and integrated systems.
