Governance and rollout were structured through finance and corporate travel leadership, with configuration controls for policy exceptions, approval thresholds and audit reporting. The program emphasized workflow alignment with corporate travel booking practices and centralized expense data collection through Visa Spend Clarity to support financial controls and auditability.
